Jan. 22, 2014
Approximately 13 ERC employees will move into Egan’s corporate office in Brooklyn Park.

Electric Resource Contractors (ERC) has joined forces with Egan Company. ERC, a 78-year old company based in Minneapolis, offers life critical power solutions for healthcare facilities, Level 1 Trauma Centers and Emergency Rooms, critical data centers, enterprise distribution centers, as well as many other industrial applications.

The addition of ERC further expands Egan’s presence in the electrical market and will enhance the company’s range of services, application knowledge, and industry specific capabilities.

“We are excited to welcome the ERC team into our group of businesses,” commented Jim Malecha, Egan President & CEO. “They have the same values, business philosophy and commitment to customer satisfaction as we do and will be a positive addition to our existing offerings for our customers.”

Approximately 13 ERC employees will move into Egan’s corporate office in Brooklyn Park and 83 field personnel will become part of Egan. ERC CEO, Dana Daniels, will also join Egan’s leadership team.
