- Phoenixville, Pa.-based Allied Wire & Cable recently opened a stocking facility in Elkhorn, Wis. The company expects shipping to its customer base in the Midwestern and Western states will be faster and more convenient.
- Farmington, Conn.-based Phalcon, Ltd. recently acquired Connecticut-based McPhee Electric Ltd., Maryland-based J.E. Richards Electric, Inc., and New Jersey-based JBL Electric Inc. The holdings were purchased from Xcelecom, Inc.
- Washington D.C.-based Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) recently formed a partnership with Enterprise Fleet Management (EFM) on behalf of its contractor members to provide AGC members discounts on fleet vehicles and operations. AGC members could save 15% on fleet operation expenses thanks to this partnership.
