  • Lenexa, Kan.-based Easy Street, Inc., a business management, software, and consulting company and home of MrHVAC.com recently announced a change in company name. On Sept. 1, the company began operating as Aptora Corp.

  • West Hartford, Conn.-based Legrand recently acquired Orem, Utah-based Vantage Controls. Vantage Controls will be the sixth Legrand business group in North America and has been renamed Vantage/Legrand.

  • Reston, Va.-based Truland Systems Corp. recently acquired Blumenthal-Kahn Electric, Owings Mills, Md. A member of the Truland group, the newly formed company will be called Blumenthal Kahn Truland Electric, LLC (BK Truland).
