Suwanee, Ga.-based Doosan Infracore recently completed the acquisition of the Bobcat, Utility, Equipment, and Attachments businesses from Ingersoll Rand Company, Ltd. The three entities will operate as individual businesses and will be known as Bobcat, Doosan Infracore Portable Power and DII Attachments.
