  • REC Solar, a provider of residential and commercial solar electric systems based in Westminster, Colo., recently announced it is expanding its Colorado operations to include a new commercial division located at 9032 Marshall Court in Westminster.

  • Autodesk, San Rafael, Calif., and Avatech Solutions, Baltimore, Md., recently announced that Omaha, Neb.-based HDR is adding the Revit platform as one of its tools for building information modeling (BIM) to help increase productivity and promote greater interdisciplinary design collaboration across the firm.

    HDR has signed a three-year, multi-million dollar agreement that includes nearly 1,800 seats of Autodesk software (plus consulting services) from both Autodesk and Avatech Solutions. In addition to the Revit platform, the agreement also includes seats of AutoCAD Architecture and AutoCAD MEP software.

  • TCP, a leading manufacturer of energy-efficient lighting products based in Aurora, Ohio, has relocated its West Coast distribution center and warehouse to the Massie Industrial Park in Stockton, Calif.

    According to the company, the new 130,000-square-foot facility, which opens on July 1, will bring as many as 30 new jobs to San Joaquin County and allow for faster delivery to 11 western states as well as Alaska and Hawaii.
