  • St. Louis-based Graybar recently opened a new location in Wallingford, Conn. The facility will stock more than $8 million in inventory to serve Connecticut customers.

  • Litetronics International, Inc. recently entered into an agreement to acquire Harmony Lighting, Hingham, Mass., effective August 4, 2006. Harmony Lighting manufactures and markets Compact Fluorescent (CFL) lighting for the utility and hospitality industries.

  • Stratford, Conn.-based Bridgeport Fittings, Inc. recently purchased assets of City of Industry, Calif.-based Regal Manufacturing, a supplier of electrical cable and conduit fittings. The purchase, for an undisclosed amount, includes the Regal Manufacturing name, all rights to the use of the Regal name, drawings, trademarks, part numbers, third party listings, domain names, and tools and dies associated with the manufacture of Regal products.
