- Nashville, Tenn.-based Metrolight Inc. recently secured a $9 million investment, led by Virgin Fuels and Gemini Israel Funds with participation from Israel Cleantech Ventures and Altshuler Shaham. The company expects the additional funds to accelerate the its expansion as it meets the increasing global demand for energy efficient lighting.
- West Kingston, R.I.-based APC-MGE recently partnered with the STULZ air-conditioning experts in Hamburg to integrated data center cooling products and services. Under the agreement, APC-MGE will add an APC-branded perimeter cooling product manufactured by STULZ to its cooling line.
- In honor of its 25th anniversary, San Rafael, Calif.-based Autodesk is launching a Web site celebrating 25 years of design innovation. The site celebrates Autodesk's 25 years of CAD success, marking important historical events and featuring customer podcasts where listeners can hear first hand testimonials of how Autodesk effects their business.
