Hint: Proper termination?
A grounding or bonding conductor shall be connected to a grounding electrode by exothermic welding, listed lugs, listed pressure connectors, listed clamps, or other listed means (250.70). In this case, a metal water pipe is serving as the grounding electrode. Although the ground clamp shown in this photo is listed for this purpose, the termination of the conductor under the clamp is not permitted as shown.
