Hint: Do you use protection?
This hazard remains year after year and shows the use of methods not recognized in the Code. An in-use cover and new receptacle now required by Art. 406 would make this a safer installation. In addition, removing the cord and open wires would really be appreciated by visitors to this area, which is near City Hall.
