A) near a commercial boathouse, without access to the public
B) in a crawl space of an industrial building
C) on the 2nd floor of a dwelling unit garage that provides no access to vehicles
D) outdoors in a public park where accessible to the general public

Answer: D)

Explanation: Per a 2005 NEC change to 210.8 - GFCI Protection for Personnel, a new location was added under 210.8(B): “Outdoors in public spaces.” For the purposes of this section, a public space is defined as any space that is for use by, or is accessible to, the public. See Sec 210.8(B)(4).
