NSi Industries LLC acquires Tork, Inc.

Huntsville, N.C.-based NSi recently acquired Tork, Mount Vernon, N.Y. Tork manufacturers time switches and photocontrols in the lighting, HVAC, and general control markets.

Sam Shankar, former president of Tork, has been appointed as president of NSi’s Tork division.
