  • Las Vegas-based SmartLabs, Inc. recently partnered with electronic home-control software companies Perceptive Automation, Dallas, and Home Automated Living, Laurel, Md. Under the partnership, the software companies will add SmartLabs’ INSTEON dual-mesh home-control networking technology to home-control software.
