Industry Leaders Sponsor Electrical Contractors Datacom Forum
The Electrical Contractors Datacom Forum will be held Wednesday, September 15, for IEC members at the Denver Marriott City Center in Denver, Colorado. The forum begins at 8 a.m. and ends at 11:30 a.m. There’s no participation fee, and breakfast and lunch will be provided before and after the forum for all attendees.
The sponsors, Thomas & Betts, Southwire, American Cable Systems, and Primedia Intertec (publisher of EC&M, CEE News, and Electrical Wholesaling), will conduct and support individual seminars positioned to help electrical contractors navigate their businesses into the lucrative datacom market. The forum will investigate the future of this industry, business opportunities available to electrical contractors, datacom standards and cabling, LAN installation tips, and alternative wire management systems.
As the industry’s first cooperative initiative to increase awareness of the datacom market, the Datacom Forum will be held in conjunction with the 42nd Annual IEC National Convention & Expo ’99 in Denver. For more information, please contact Laurie Bick at 901-252-5000.
