Corrosion-resistant enclosures

The Cardmaster 3 enclosure family is designed for instrumentation packaging such as measurement, monitoring, and process control equipment. Available in corrosion-resistant polycarbonate (PC) or ABS plastic, these enclosures have a maximum NEMA 4X rating and an IP65 rating. Offered in 13 different PC models, which are available UL listed, and 13 ABS models, the enclosures feature two separate compartments — one for circuit boards and sensors and another for terminals and wiring.

Industrial panelboard

The ALPN is a distribution panelboard designed to centrally control branch circuits used in lighting, heating, motors, and other industrial equipment. The panelboard is UL listed as explosionproof, is dust-ignition proof, and is rated watertight (NEMA 4X). Designed to meet NEC requirements for Class I, Div. 1 and 2 hazardous locations, the unit features a copper-free aluminum body, standard breaker operators, copper bus bars, Quad-Lead stainless steel cover bolts, optional 1-, 2-, or 3-pole breakers, and Cutler Hammer interiors.

Die-cast box

This company's newest NEMA 4X- and IP65-rated box comes with a hinged cover for easy access to components. Made of aluminum alloy die-cast, the box comes with external mounting brackets for mounting on a wall or panel without having to remove the gasketed cover. It can be customized to meet user specifications and is available in two sizes: 3.95 in. × 3.04 in. × 1.98 in. and 4.54 in. × 3.92 in. × 2.23 in.

Circuit breaker enclosures

Designed for Square D's H- and J-frame PowerPact molded-case circuit breakers, these enclosures are available in indoor, outdoor, flush- and surface-mounted models. The enclosure line offers five models, including a NEMA Type 12-rated gasketed, dust-tight version and a stainless steel NEMA Type 4 water-resistant and Type 4X corrosion-resistant model. The other enclosures are available for NEMA Type 1 flush- and surface-mounted indoor applications and NEMA Type 3R outdoor applications.

VRLA battery cabinet

This cabinet system is designed for the company's DataSafe HX range of valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) batteries. The cabinets are UL 1778 listed and approved for UBC seismic zone 4 installations. They are factory pre-wired and come with hinged front doors and removable rear panels, as well as several knockout locations and dual DC-rated fuses. The cabinets are available in a wide range of sizes with a number of customized options, including circuit breakers and castors.
