Does anyone use Volts-Dolphin electrical design software? If so do you know if they are out of business? I have the basic package and wanted to upgrade but no one will call me back or send me an email response.

I also called them, left many messages and sent e-mails but no one responded to me. Andy have you been using the software without issues?

I used it without issues and then about a month ago I went to use it and it said I needed to register the software and when I did it said my numbers were no good. It was almost like they cut it off by deleting my registration and I can no longer use the package. I also had one of the Internet vendors that sold the package tell me they had been unable to contact them so they now list the software as Not Available. Do you use the software?

Turns out the founder of Volts Dolphin software passed away and it appears that one of the employees tried to restart it but seems he could not make it work. I think they are out of business at this point.

Same here. Someone should be able help all us who paid good money for software. To just go "off the air" is unacceptable. We are sorry to hear about the founder passing away, but someone has inherited his assets and liabilities. At least they could of put a notice on website. The state Attorney General should get involved to protect the rights of the consumers who purchased the software.
