While running three parallel circuits on a 480V, three-phase, four-wire circuit should you run neutral and a ground in each conduit? It is primarily a linear load, just a step-down transformer for some 110V receptacles.

Thanks,
Mike

Should have specified that each phase is in its own conduit. There are three 250 mcm ungrounded conductors in each conduit.

You should run all 3 phases in each conduit to prevent hysteresis. If not, you will generate heat and current will flow through conduit if metal. There are very specific guidelines when running phase conductors separately, according to the NEC. Each run should have A,B,&C phase with a neutral and ground.
