Aug 27, 2008 2:03 PM
Ballots for the 2008 IEEE Annual Election have been mailed to all eligible voting IEEE members and may also be accessed electronically on the IEEE Web site. To validate their identity, members may use their IEEE Web Account username/password, or the Control Number and e-signature located on their paper ballot to access voting information. Voting for the IEEE Annual Election will end on October 1 at 12 p.m. CDT. Ballots received after the deadline will not be counted. For more information, contact Carrie Loh, IEEE Annual Election, by e-mail at c.loh@ieee.org or by phone at (732) 562 3934.
To assist all voting members in making an informed decision, audio and video files featuring the two IEEE president-elect candidates are available for review. The first is a moderated roundtable question and answer session, and the second is the annual president-elect candidates' debate, hosted by the IEEE Philadelphia Section. Watch and/or listen on the IEEE Annual Election Web site, or directly from IEEE.tv.
