Primary Integration Solutions Announces Changes to the Executive Team

Firm expanding the executive management team at PI Solutions in response to rapid growth, geographical diversification, and a host of new service offerings

Charlotte, N.C.-based Primary Integration Solutions (PI Solutions) has made several changes to its executive management team: Terry Gillick has been named president of the company, Shawn Till will assume the role of CEO, and Mike Davis has been named the company’s COO. PI Solutions is a subsidiary of Primary Integration (PI), a mission critical global technology and energy services organization.

“We are significantly expanding the executive management team at PI Solutions in response to rapid growth, geographical diversification, and a host of new service offerings,” explains Kelly Decker, president of Primary Integration. “This new structure provides a depth of senior management expertise that greatly enhances our ability to successfully meet our clients’ growing mission critical commissioning needs.”

Previously a senior VP at PI Solutions, Terry Gillick joined the company in 2009 and has been instrumental in positioning it as a leader in its industry. Gillick is a national thought leader in the commissioning of mission critical facilities and extremely knowledgeable in the engineering and specification of sophisticated building automation, UPS, emergency power, defensive filtration, telecommunications, security systems, and precision cooling. He has over 30 years of MEP-T design and commissioning experience, working in mission critical, healthcare, and pharmaceutical facilities.

Shawn Till joined PI as COO in 2006; he will maintain that position while also serving as CEO of PI Solutions. He has been responsible for the daily performance of the company, including operations, project execution, and finance. A licensed professional engineer, he has more than 15 years of experience in the project management of large scale construction projects and operations management of construction materials. In addition, he possesses a wealth of experience in logistics and U.S. and international profit and loss management.

Mike Davis joined PI in February of 2011. He brings over 25 years of experience in construction, project management and facility maintenance and operations. He is a licensed professional engineer and seasoned business leader who has had profit and loss responsibility for large multi-site business units.
