Blocks 2 and 6 will be two high-rise residential towers totaling more than 400 units and 65,000 sq ft of retail space. The developments will revitalize Rockville, focusing on design and economic restructuring expected to create 550 permanent jobs and generate $1.1 billion in tax revenue in its first 30 years.

“Power Design first worked with Federal Realty & Whiting-Turner on the Rockville Town Square project more than five years ago and is excited to expand upon that relationship with multiple components of the Pike & Rose project,” said Frank Musolino, executive VP at Power Design, Inc. “The impending construction of Block 12 and engineering on Blocks 2 and 6, provides Power Design an opportunity to partner with other industry leaders on this up-and-coming new urban neighborhood.”
