HDR has acquired the business of DKS Consulting Engineers, Spring Hill, Australia. Financial terms of the asset purchase agreement were not disclosed. Going forward, DKS Consulting Engineers will do business as HDR|DKS. “We see Australia as a long-term market for HDR,” said Eric Keen, president, HDR Engineering, Inc. “We support many clients in resource development and public infrastructure, and DKS gives us a strong Queensland presence that we can build upon.”
