Tyco Electronics Expands into Retail with the Home Depot

Professional electrical contractor products now available at Home Depot

Harrisburg, Pa.-based Tyco Electronics has expanded its presence into the hardware retail market with the rollout of electrical terminals and professional electrical contractor products at Home Depot. The broad range includes industry-leading electrical connectivity products along with innovative splice and tap products.

These products increase the retail presence of Tyco Electronics while expanding Home Depot's product mix to cover a wide variety of problem-solving solutions. Products in the Home Depot Electrical Accessories program include:

  • RAYCHEM DuraSeal heat-shrinkable terminals
  • RAYCHEM SolderGrip heat-shrink and solder-type terminals
  • AMP solderless crimp terminals
  • RAYCHEM PowerGel water-resistant splice and tap products
  • AMP Certi-Seal coax cable and telecom wire splice repair kits
  • RAYCHEM heat-shrink splice kits
  • AMP LIGHT-N-LOK lighting ballast hot-pluggable disconnects
  • AMP non-metallic wire splice
  • BUCHANAN barrier strips
