Dayton, Ohio-based Staco Energy Products Co. recently announced that the Global Services division of Memphis, Tenn.-based Thomas & Betts will now provide service and support for the entire FirstLine three-phase Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) line-up. In addition to start-up and commissioning services, Thomas & Betts’ nationwide team of trained service technicians will also provide preventative maintenance, 24/7 emergency repair, and both standard and extended warranty program administration.
