Power Distribution Incorporated (PDI) announced that they have completed the acquisition of PowerTrol Incorporated, a Minnesota Corporation, for an undisclosed amount. This purchase goes along with PDI’s plan to expand its power quality product line. PowerTrol has offered its patented Quikswitch technology since 1990 to industrial applications as well as the commercial data center market.
