In association with Lombard, Ill.-based lamp and ballast recycler, Veolia Environmental Services, OSRAM SYLVANIA recently launched a lamp-recycling initiative. The company is currently offering RECYCLEPAK, Veolia's proprietary recycling kit, through its Web site.
Through prepaid packaging, RECYCLPAK provides a convenient way to make recycling easy for large or small quantities of spent lamps and ballasts by shipping supplies to and from the facility and processing all documentation, including certificates of recycling.
