NorthEast Electrical Distributors/Eagle Electric Supply Announces Winner of New Friday Night Lights Contest

Legion Field will receive outdoor lighting system and installation

Canton, Mass.-based NorthEast Electrical Distributors/Eagle Electric Supply, a subsidiary of Sonepar USA, recently announced that Legion Field, Bridgewater, Mass., is the winner of the 2007 New Friday Night Lights community sweepstakes and will receive a brand new Cooper Lighting outdoor lighting system and installation valued at more than $60,000. The new lights, which will light up the field for Bridgewater’s youth football league, will be installed by the beginning of the 2008 football season.

Co-sponsored by WEEI-AM in Boston, New Friday Night Lights attracted entries from 30 cities and towns around New England from August through September and received more than 300,000 online votes from community members.
