NESCO Acquires Norwell Electric Supply

Company expands presence in New England

Canton, Mass.-based NESCO recently acquired Norwell Electric Supply, Norwell, Mass. Norwell Electric Supply will continue to operate under its name as a division of NESCO, Needham Electric Supply. Founder Ken Klapman will remain with the company and serve as branch manager for the 8,000-square-foot Norwell location.

“We are excited to welcome Norwell Electric Supply to the NESCO family,” says Joseph A. Cincotta, CEO of NESCO. “This acquisition is consistent with our strategy of expanding our presence throughout New England.”
