Nebraska State Electrical Division Accepts Apprentice Registrations Online

The Nebraska State Electrical Division (NSED) recently announced a new online registration service for Nebraskans who wish to study as an electrical apprentice

The Nebraska State Electrical Division (NSED) recently announced a new online registration service  for Nebraskans who wish to study as an electrical apprentice. Previously, in order to study or practice as an electrician, individuals would need to register with NSED by mail or in person. This online process cuts the wait time of receiving a registration number from one week to minutes.

“With this new online process, individuals are able to submit the application and make payment with a credit card online and receive their confirmation and registration number immediately,” says Randy Anderson, executive director of NSED “They will then receive the registration card in the mail in the amount of time it takes the post office to deliver it. Employees and employers will benefit greatly by this faster process by being able to prove registration and get to work sooner.”

This new service, available 24 hours a day, is offered on the NSED website.
