Money will also go towards other state projects

Nebraska Public Power District recently issued $103.6 million in general revenue bonds to finance projects around the state. The majority of the money will go toward an $81.3 million wind farm to be built near Ainsworth, Neb. The remainder will be used to improve reliability at its largest coal plant and to build a $12 million wellfield near Sutherland, Neb., that will provide water to Gerald Gentleman Station.
