The transaction adds to Myers’ expansion and development of emergency lighting inverters, frequency converters, electrical service pedestals, and other power-related products manufactured in California and in its corporate headquarters located in Bethlehem, Pa. Ryco manufactures a range of commercial metering switchboards, including main circuit and distribution sections, CT meter mains, and lever-bypass or K-Base style multi-metering.
