Maxis Corp. acquires Innovative Tool Co.

Maxis Corporation, Gilbert, Ariz., recently announced the acquisition of Innovative Tool Co., located in Albuquerque, N.M. Maxis will provide a distribution network for Innovative Tool’s product line beginning in October 2003.
