JT Packard reaches settlements

Company ends litigation with UPS companies

Madison, Wis.-based JT Packard recently reached comprehensive settlements with both Saint Ismier, France-based MGE UPS Systems and Raleigh, N.C.-based Eaton Powerware, concluding all litigation stemming from Power Plus' October acquisition of JT Packard. The settlements resolved the legal disputes to the parties' satisfaction, eliminating the distraction of prolonged litigation and allowing them to pursue more productive business objectives.

The terms of the settlements are confidential.
