FCCI joins effort to combat equipment theft

FCCI Insurance Group (FCCI) recently partnered with the National Equipment Register (NER), an industry initiative created in 2001 to prevent heavy equipment theft and increase the recovery rate of stolen construction and agricultural equipment.

FCCI Insurance Group (FCCI) recently partnered with the National Equipment Register (NER), an industry initiative created in 2001 to prevent heavy equipment theft and increase the recovery rate of stolen construction and agricultural equipment. FCCI will now contribute data to NER's national databases, which contain equipment theft and ownership records.

Through the partnership, FCCI hopes to help recover more stolen equipment and help its underwriters and risk managers to better serve its clients.
