After selecting a product of interest on Channel Vision's Web site, visitors are prompted to ask a question. By clicking on this link, visitors are then given real-time access to this information portal.
"While not a substitute for speaking to a live person, the Knowledge Base serves as an additional method to access more information on a specific topic of interest," says Darrel Hauk, Channel Vision's president and CEO.
