  • Fort Worth, Texas-based K&N Electric is planning to expand nationally through its new franchising venture, K&N Mobile Distribution Systems. Franchise opportunities are available in every state except Utah, Nebraska, South Dakota, and North Dakota.
  • Dayton, Ohio-based WinWholesale recently opened its first renewable energy resources company, Framingham Winsupply Company, Holliston, Mass. The new company focuses on the growing renewable energy market by providing contractors with photovoltaic, solar thermal, geothermal, and wind turbine products for residential and commercial use.
  • ARCO Construction, St. Louis, recently selected Fenton, Mo.-based Kaiser Electric as the electrical contractor/engineer on projects to wire two new FlightSafety International Learning Centers — one in St. Louis and the other in Lafayette, La. Both centers are currently under construction and are expected to be completed by December 2008.
