Sulfurcell recently announced the initiation of U.S. operations. Sulfurcell's full line of German-made CIS thin-film modules is now available in the United States for a variety of rooftop and building integrated applications.

T&D Solutions

Alexandria, La.-based T&D Solutions has acquired Telectric Power, the power line and electrical substation maintenance and construction business of Telectric, Ball, La. Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Emerson Network Power is partnering with Panduit to meet the rising demand for effective enterprise system integration and risk management in the data center. Panduit and Emerson Network Power are working together on a global level to incorporate Liebert precision cooling, smart uninterruptible power supply (UPS) solutions and other monitoring and management technologies from Emerson Network Power into Panduit’s Unified Physical Infrastructure℠ (UPI) based solutions.
