Houston-based Dow Wire & Cable is increasing pricing for its products in the North America and South America regions, effective January 1. The amount of the increase is consistent by product and country.

DRIFIRE

Columbus, Ga.-based DRIFIRE is collaborating closely with Quanta Services, Houston, to develop innovative garments that ensure the safety and increase the comfort of electrical workers and workers exposed to arc-flash hazards. The close relationship between the two companies was instrumental to the development of DRIFIRE’s new line of permanent FR, high-visibility garments, which launched at the end of 2009 and has been well-received in 2010.
