Leviton Manufacturing Co.

Melville, N.Y.-based Leviton Manufacturing Co. recently announced the acquisition of Integrated Metering Systems (IMS). Combined with Leviton's worldwide distribution and sales channels, the acquisition will enable Leviton to offer its customers the most complete line of lighting energy management solutions.

Dwyer Group, Inc.

Waco, Texas-based Dwyer Group, Inc. recently announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by an investor group led by TZP Capital Partners I, L.P., a private equity fund based in New York. The deal is expected to close by the end of this year.

Mule Lighting

Providence, R.I.-based Mule Lighting has established a new division to focus on the development of induction lighting technology and solutions. Led by Mule VP Rob Cross, the new DYNalux division will be headquartered in Providence, R.I., and serve the global lighting market.
