Business Briefs for the Week of Aug. 6, 2007

  • West Fargo, N.D.-based Bobcat Co. recently signed a long-term strategic agreement with Korean manufacturer Daedong Industrial Co. Ltd. to produce a line of Bobcat-branded compact utility tractors. Bobcat expects the line to be out later this year.
  • Seattle based Dexter + Chaney recently broke ground on a second office building to accommodate the company’s growing work force. The new three-story, 12,000-square-foot office is expected to be completed in April 2008.
  • The Denver branch of West Chester, Pa.-based Omni Cable recently relocated to a larger facility. The new 35,000-square-foot facility is home to the Omni Cable Denver account managers who serve the Rocky Mountain region.
