AIA Adds Six New AIA Contract Documents to Documents-on-Demand Service

Web-based solution adds popular contract documents to AIA Documents-on-Demand, including three subcontractor forms

Washington, D.C.-based American Institute of Architects (AIA) has added six new documents, including three subcontractor forms, to AIA Documents-on-Demand, bringing the total documents available through this service to 22. AIA Documents-on-Demand is a Web-based service for both PC and Mac users that grants easy online access to download, electronically fill out, and print 22 of the most popular documents available from AIA's Contract Documents program anytime from anywhere with access to the Internet and a printer.

"AIA Documents-on-Demand is a popular, cost-effective service offering user-friendly access to AIA contract documents, " says Young C. Chang, director of Web-based products, AIA. "This service helps users save time and money with easy-to-complete electronic documents necessary for certain projects. "

The following documents were added to AIA Documents-on-Demand through the AIA Contract Document program:

  • A305–1986, Contractor's Qualification Statement
  • B108–2009, Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect for a Federally Funded or Federally Insured Project
  • B305–1993, Architect's Qualification Statement
  • G701S–2001, Change Order, Subcontractor Version
  • G702S–1992, Application and Certificate for Payment, Subcontractor Version
  • G703S–1992, Continuation Sheet, Subcontractor Version
AIA Documents-on-Demand allow users who do not need or cannot afford the convenience, extensive selection and ease-of-use of AIA Contract Document software to purchase and download only the AIA contract document forms and agreements necessary for a certain project. Access to the service is free. The price per document varies from $4.95 to $19.95.
