I've been looking around for a certification class to train my son in splicing and terminating cables above 600v. Typically 15 and 35kv. I was certified by several manufacturers while working in the mining industry in Colorado. This article talks about testing were is the training. It isn't like this is a new area, did someone wake up 100 years later and decide we need a program.
