Number of points the Housing Market Index (HMI) rose in September

Number of points the Housing Market Index (HMI) rose in September, indicating that builder confidence in the market for newly built, single-family homes is increasing. Up for the third month in a row, the HMI reached its highest level in September since May 2008.
