IDEAL Acquires LAN Division of Wavetek
IDEAL Industries, Sycamore, Ill., recently acquired the LAN Division of Wavetek, San Diego. IDEAL manufactures tools and supplies for professionals in construction, maintenance, data communications, and original equipment manufacturing industries. Wavetek is a leader in LAN certification testing of data networks.

BICSI Offers Outside Plant Design Training
BICSI, Tampa, Fla., has developed a series of two- and three-day training programs focusing on customer-owned outside plant design, which include entry-level through advanced design courses.
