NEC TIAs under discussion. The first TIA (from William V. Scerbo, Remington Products) suggests a new section be added to Art. 422 that would limit handheld hair dryers to 12A if using a 15A cord cap, and to 16A if using a 20A cord cap. Scerbo notes that
