Greenlee Textron recently announced its agreement to acquire Tempo Research Corp., Vista, Calif. Terms of the transaction, which is scheduled to close in January, were not disclosed. The deal includes a project line of multifunction test sets recently acquired by Tempo from Tektronix, Inc.
