Rosendin Electric Names McIntosh Preconstruction Manager in San Francisco, Hafemann Business Development Manager in Las Vegas

Two new appointments will help Rosendin Electric expand market presence in both San Francisco and Las Vegas markets

Rosendin Electricrecently announced two new appointments. Thomas McIntosh joins the company as the new preconstruction manager for the company’s San Francisco office, where he will be responsible for helping Rosendin Electric expand its already strong presence in the San Francisco construction market. Michael Hafemann also joins the company as business development manager for the growing Las Vegas office.

McIntosh has more than 35 years of experience managing commercial and industrial electrical construction projects, from project inception through completion. He joins Rosendin Electric from Cupertino Electric, where he served as senior project manager. McIntosh also worked as Northern California area manager for Sunbelt Electric (a subsidiary of ACCO Engineered Systems), and was project manager for Riviera Electric and Comelco Electric in Colorado, as well as working as an independent electrical contractor. McIntosh has extensive experience in project management, procurement, preconstruction budgeting, and contract negotiations.

Hafemann brings more than 30 years of experience in electrical construction. He joins Rosendin Electric from the Venetian Resort, Hotel, and Casino in Las Vegas, where he worked as project manager, which included its expansion and the construction of numerous specialty projects. He also has worked as project manager for Fisk Electric and Helix Electric of Las Vegas, and Sasco Electric of Seattle. He brings an extensive background in electrical construction project management, system design, estimating, and budgeting to Rosendin Electric’s Las Vegas office.
