Hatzel & Buehler Receives "The Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development of the State of New Jersey Award"
The State of New Jersey recently recognized Wilmington, Del.-headquartered Hatzel & Buehler’s New Jersey branch at the 83rd Annual Governor’s Occupational Safety and Health Award (OSHA) Dinner. This marks the fourth consecutive year that this office has received an award in the program.
This year, members of management from the Hatzel New Jersey branch accepted “The Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development of the State of New Jersey Award” on behalf of the electricians, foremen, and supervisors, as well as the management and office staff. This award recognized the branch for accumulating 985,979 man-hours without a loss-time-injury since January 2007 through the end of the 2010 calendar year.
The New Jersey branch has continued to carry the same safe-work approach into 2011. In fact, as of May 1, the office has worked more than 1,075,000 man-hours without lost time from a work-related injury or illness.
