    The provisions of Art. 690 apply to solar photovoltaic (PV) electric systems. The grounding requirements for PV systems are outlined in Part V of this Article. As per Sec. 690.46, "Equipment grounding conductors for photovoltaic modules smaller than 6 AWG shall comply with 250.120(C)."
