You'll find feeder and service load calculation requirements in Part III of Art. 220 of the 2011 NEC. As noted in Sec. 220.43(A), "For show-window lighting, a load of not less than 660VA/linear meter or 200VA/linear foot shall be included for a show-window, measured horizontally along its base."
