Bonding Jumper Connection to Grounding Electrode

The requirements for grounding electrode conductor and bonding jumper connections to grounding electrodes are noted in Sec. 250.68 of the 2011 NEC.

Exception No. 1 in 250.68(A) states, "An enclosed or buried connection to a concrete-encased, driven, or buried grounding electrode shall not be required to be accessible."
