The correct answer is: b) 10 ft

Installation requirements for overhead service conductors are outlined in Part II of Art. 230. As noted in Sec. 230.26, "The point of attachment of the overhead service conductors to a building or other structure shall provide the minimum clearances as specified in 230.9 and 230.24. In no case shall this point of attachment be less than 10 ft above finished grade."
